Refund policy
We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned in the same condition you received it. Items must be unworn or unused with any tags still attached and within their original packaging so we are able to resell the items.
It is the customers responsibility to measure their dog correctly and purchase the correct size. So all returns must be paid for by the customer.
The exception to this is when the the reason for the return is our fault. If an item is faulty or we send the incorrect product, we will pay for the return. Please contact us first by email doraandlollipops@gmail.com before sending any items back to us.
All items are inspected for faults and are quality checked prior to being shipping. However, if you would like to return any items because you believe they are faulty, please email doraandlollipops@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the goods, including images and a description of the product fault.
Once your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how to return your item. Please do not return your items without contacting us first.
Please note, we cannot not accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges & Refunds
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. However if you would like to order a different size, simply place another order and return your original item for a refund, This is the fastest way to get the size you require without having to wait for an exchange.
We will notify you by email once we have received your return and issued your refund to your original payment method.
